After the Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived at the Aras an Uachtarain this morning for a 9am meeting with the Irish president Michael D Higgins — and his pet pooches — the pair headed to Croke Park for a tour before reaching Trinity College on the third stop of the day.

There, members of the public were able to catch a glimpse of the couple for the first time on their royal tour.

Meghan also shared an adorable moment with a three-year-old boy named Walter while they were out greeting the crowd.
