Irish Water plans to find ways to stop shortages across the capital and recycling wastewater is one of the options.

A report outlines options for providing clean and safe water over the next 25 years, the Irish Independent reports.

A previous report warned that there will be a "continued strain" on existing supplies to meet demand, and that climate change will also affect supply.
