Liverpool did not make a bid for Alisson and they don't intend to do so

Liverpool did not make a bid for Alisson and they don't intend to do so Contrary to reports from Brazil stating otherwise, Liverpool did not make a bid to AS Roma for Alisson and they don’t intend to do so either. According to both the Liverpool Echo and Gazzetta dello Sport, the Reds have been keeping an eye on the Brazilian shot stopper but they’ve not made an offer for him and they have no plans to do so either. Roma are not interested in selling the 25-year-old and the player is happy at the Italian club. It is reported that he would be interested in a move to Real Madrid, but Roma will only let him leave if they receive bids in excess of £70m. Liverpool have received no encouragement to make a move for the Brazilian international and as such, they’ll consider other options as they look to improve their goalkeeping situation. With Simon Mignolet expected to leave, the Reds are likely to bring in a new goalkeeper but it’s not yet known who that will be.

LIVERPOOL have reportedly made an offer for 17-year-old Brazilian striker Rodrygo . According to Globo Esporte, Jurgen Klopp is looking to sign the Santos starlet - dubbed the 'new Neymar' - in the summer.

Liverpool made an offer to sign Santos starlet Rodrygo Goes according to his agent, the Metro reports.

The 17-year-old has caught the eye of several top European clubs having impressed for the Brazilian club since making his first team debut back in November.

Nick Acuro, the youngster’s agent, has confirmed that a bid had been made for his player from Liverpool, as well as from Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

However, he went on to state that Goes is set to join Real Madrid.

“We had offers from Liverpool, PSG and Barcelona, but they did not reach what Santos asked for.”

“Fifteen days ago, Madrid approached me, they met with the president and made their proposal, reaching the value that Santos always wanted.”

“Last week, the player did his medical with Madrid and then Santos gave the green light. The agreement is that he stays [at Santos] until June 30, 2019.”

Real Madrid have reportedly agreed to pay £35million for 80% of the striker’s rights.

Rodrygo is set to become one of the highest paid teenagers in football with a deal that will see him earn £75,000 per week.

Galatasaray make offer for Marko Grujic .
Turkish giants Galatasaray have made offer to Liverpool for Marko Grujic, according to reports. Grujic spent the second half of last season on loan to Cardiff City and the newly promoted side would like to take him on loan again, but Galatasaray’s interest may lead to them missing out. Galatasaray are happy to sign the 22-year-old on a permanent deal but will also gladly take him on loan if Liverpool are unwilling to sell him at this stage. The Reds are apparently big fans of Grujic and are reluctant to sell him at this point, so a loan move may well be on the cards. As that is the case, a move to Cardiff still looks the most likely option as the Reds would like the Serbian to get regular Premier League football before they decide whether or not they want to keep him for the long term. Grujic has two years left on his contract at Anfield so he’ll need to show something soon or he’ll find himself moving on.
