The English youngsters who are tearing up the Bundesliga

The English youngsters who are tearing up the Bundesliga Few British players can say they’ve been abroad and actually been a success; David Beckham, Gareth Bale and Gary Lineker just to name a few. However, the English duo- Jadon Sancho and Ademola Lookman are ripping opponents apart in the Bundesliga this season. After constantly being overlooked in England, the pair decided to look elsewhere for opportunities and it’s certainty paid off. Sancho was the first to move last summer in a deal worth around 4.5 million pounds, moving from Manchester City to Borussia Dourtmund. After a period of playing for Dourtmund’s under-21 side and a couple of substitute appearances, the 18 year old burst onto the scene in January impressing in his first full 90 minutes in a 0-0 draw with Wolfsburg followed by another start the week after where he picked up his first assist for the club. Since then Sancho has made another 8 appearances, most notably a man of the match performance against Bayern Leverkusen, picking up a goal and 2 assists in the game. Sancho has a bright future at 18 years old and is expected to be involved a lot more next season after impressing in his season in Germany. Sancho was followed by Lookman in January who completed a loan move from Everton to RB Leipzig despite Sam Allardyce telling the 20 year old to stay in England as he thought it would be better for his development.

Everton have announced the signing of German forward Anton Donkor on loan from Wolfsburg for the rest of the season. The 19-year-old, who is left footed but can operate in a number of attacking positions, is set to link up with the Toffees' Under-23 side.

Well, it seems his loan move to Aston Villa is effectively done, meaning Leeds look set to miss out on the forward . Everton closing in on Mangala loan . Dominic King: Everton are close to securing the signing of Eliaquim Mangala.

Everton striker Henry Onyekuru is set for another season out on loan, this time at German outfit Borussia Monchengladbach.

Belgian journalist Pieter-Jan Calcoen reports that the 20-year-old will not honour the second half of his two-year loan deal agreed with Anderlecht last summer.

This is because of an argument between Onyekuru and Anderlecht manager Hein Vahnhaezebrouck over the striker’s readiness to play.

The striker joined Everton from Belgian side Eupen last summer for a reported fee of £7m and was immediately sent out on loan to then champions Anderlecht.

Celtic target keen on a move to Parkhead

Celtic target keen on a move to Parkhead Celtic are interested in signing Hamburg forward Jann-Fiete Arp who, according to the Scotsman, is understood to be keen on the move to Glasgow. The 18-year old striker made 18 appearances in the Bundesliga last season, scoring two goals for the German side that were unfortunately relegated, finishing in 17th place. It is interesting that although Arp was not a regular starter, Hamburg statistically performed a lot better when he was in the side, averaging more goals and more points gained with the teenager playing. Celtic do have other reported striker targets, such as former on-loan striker Odousonne Edouard, who the Hoops are close to agreeing a £5 million pound deal with PSG for. Brendan Rodgers is looking to improve his squad and give the Green and Whites the best possible chance of eight consecutive SPFL titles, an unbelievable achievement in any league. The Germany U-17 international would be a welcome addition and add fierce competition to the forward line.

RB Leipzig in interested in making Lookman's loan move a permanent one but know the decision is all Everton 's. Everton boss Sam Allardyce said he was ‘reluctant’ to let the 20-year-old leave for Germany but Those fans may be left wondering ‘what if,’ if Lookman is set to depart this summer.

Reports in Holland and Belgium suggest that the Chelsea striker is set to join Everton on loan . If Everton fail to secure a replacement, Manchester United's move for Marouane Fellaini could be in West Brom's competition for Everton forward Victor Anichebe's signature appears to be from Stoke

Onyekuru scored nine league goals for the club before his season was ended just before Christmas as he picked up a serious knee injury against his former club.

The striker was forced to have surgery but has not played since, despite being fit for the last few weeks.

It is understood that the Nigerian international has other options on the table, but his preference is to move to the Bundesliga.

His lack of international action means he would not qualify for a work permit in England, therefore the Toffees have no choice but to send him out on loan again.

Highly rated scout to leave Everton .
Everton’s senior recruitment co-ordinator, Lawrence Stewart, is set to leave the club and move to RB Leipzig, reports the Liverpool Echo. The move comes as Marcel Brands plans his overhaul of the scouting team at the club after joining the club last week. Brands replaced Steve Walsh, who was relieved of his duties following what the club thought was a season of major underachievement, despite spending freely. Everton spent over £150 million on transfers last summer, but struggled to maintain a top half position until March. Stewart’s move to Germany may come as a surprise. He joined Liverpool from Manchester City but will now team up with the recently appointed head of recruitment Paul Mitchell, who played a big part in Dele Alli joining Tottenham. There are many others under pressure at Finch Farm. Martyn Glover, the chief scout, faces an uncertain future with him being expected to take a lot of the blame for their failure from signings last year.
