The Bengals have agreed to terms with former Lions defensive coordinator Teryl Austin to fill the same position Monday, according to multiple reports.
A report from NFL Media stated that Austin and the Bengals agreed to terms despite strong interest from the Raiders. Austin coached the Lions since 2014. He began coaching in 1991 at Penn State as a graduate assistant.
