Bartolo Colon is coming off the worst season of his 20-year MLB career, but the 44-year-old pitcher still plans to play in 2018.

MLB.com reported Colon has no intention of retiring despite a 7-14 record and career-worst 6.48 ERA last season.

Following a disastrous first half of the season with the Braves, for whom he was 2-8 with an 8.14 ERA before his release on July 4, Colon was serviceable with the Twins. Colon went 5-6 with a 5.18 ERA after signing with the Twins on July 7.
