Sergio Garcia delighted golf fans in the Big Apple as the new Masters champion enjoyed a tour of New York City while proudly showing off his new Green Jacket.

The Spaniard finally made his major breakthrough after years of near-misses when he edged out England's Justin Rose on the first play-off hole at Augusta National after a dramatic Sunday shoot-out.

Garcia, who was appearing in his 74th major championship, has been lapping up the many media commitments that come with being a Masters champion, and he followed the lead of several previous winners by visiting the famous sites including the New York Stock Exchange and the Empire State Building.
