Louis Tomlinson blasts Coachella line-up over lack of bands Louis Tomlinson has taken to Twitter to rant about the line-up for the upcoming Coachella music festival. The Man, and Kygo will also perform, as well as A Perfect Circle, South African DJ Black Coffee, Bleachers, Migos, Miguel, Cardi B, Chic, St. Vincent, David Byrne, Fleet Foxes, French Montana, Post Malone, and French synthesizer wizard Jean-Michel Jarre. However, One Direction star Louis was unimpressed by those on the bill, tweeting on Wednesday: "Is it my imagination Just seen the Coachella line up . Where the f**k are all the bands !? It’s a festival !?" One fan replied that Louis should check out festivals in the Netherlands, writing: "Since you’re in the netherlands a lot you should check out some festivals here cause they’ve had good lineups the past few years." "Good to know ! I’ll have a look,” the singer responded. Seattle-based solo artist Perfume Genius is another artist to make the Coachella line-up. "For everyone askingYes I plan on fighting Eminem at Coachella. I want to joust," he replied.

Stop everything you’re doing, Louis Tomlinson is definitely working on a solo album ! Sure, he didn’t give away too much information, but he did use the word “ album ” so we are getting ready for another 1D member to take over the music charts soon.

Louis Tomlinson has been introspective lately — especially when it comes to taking a long, hard look at his music, his career, and anything having to do with One Direction — so it’s no shocker that his first solo album is going to get real on every single track. The 26-year-old singer has so far released three singles since One Direction went on hiatus and spent most of 2017 working on his first solo LP.

Louis enjoyed some much deserved time off over the Christmas period but has now announced to his 32.2 million Twitter followers that he's going to get the record finished as soon as possible.

He tweeted: "Ok f**k this ! Getting in the studio again this month, let's get this album finished !! (sic)"

Since the New Year arrived the pop heartthrob has been relaxing at home watching Netflix and it could be that his creative energy has been sparked by the fact he has seen every episode of crime drama 'Mindhunter' on the television streaming service.

Camila Cabello feared death hours before solo album release

Camila Cabello feared death hours before solo album release Camila Cabello thought she was going to die the night before her debut solo album was released. The 20-year-old singer, who first found fame as one-fifth of girl group Fifth Harmony, dropped her self-titled debut on 12 January (18) - to huge praise from critics and fans alike. But before finding out the positive reception to the record, Camila was wracked with nerves ahead of its release, so much so that she worked herself into a state as she waited for it to hit shelves. Speaking to Zane Lowe in an interview for Apple Music's Beats 1 on Monday (15Jan17), Camila recalled that she was staying in a hotel in New York ready for album promo early the next day. She tried to have an early night, but the nerves got the better of her and she was still awake late into the evening. "I could not sleep. My heart was beating so fast," she explained. "I would just try to go to sleep, and then I would just get my phone and I'd be like, 'Did it come out yet?'" Camila's frenzied state of anticipation was taken to the next level when a housekeeper came into the hotel room to change her towels, with the Havana star unaware that the woman was a member of hotel staff and thinking her room had been broken into. "I was trying to go to sleep and this lady came in, and she scared the bejeezus out of me," she recalled. "I was like about to go to sleep, and I thought that I was having a nightmare. She was like, 'Hello?' I was so scared.

Louis has admitted

The 'Just Hold On' hitmaker has admitted that although he is enjoying the creative freedom of being a solo artist he admits he's feeling some pressure as he doesn't have the support of his 1D bandmates - Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

He previously said: "I think it's more pressure, we set a bar with 1D and there's a certain expectation but I think that's what drives all of us and it helps having that pressure there ... It's different on your own, there's certain moments where it does help to share the load, like with interviews, even if it's excitement, you definitely notice in those moments and on the road I'm sure it helps. From a writing perspective it's easier to go 'right this is who I am' as opposed to 'this is who we are' and fit four or five different references and tastes ... I've written a lot of songs and I need to give 110 per cent to who I want to be as an artist ... I'm happy with the sound of the record and the production, it's exciting for me to have more guitar and live elements."

Camila Cabello's album is happier than she expected .
Camila Cabello has found a "good balance" between sad and happy songs on her upcoming debut solo record. The 20-year-old singer is set to release her self-titled debut next week on January 12, and has said that after originally thinking the album would be full of "sad songs", she has now found it to be more upbeat than she expected.Speaking about the album - which was originally titled 'The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving.' before Camila decided to change its name in November - the 'Havana' hitmaker said: "At first I thought it was gonna be, like, a sad-song album.
