Recently, popular fitness blogger Louise Aubery, who we first read about on Refinery29, posted a powerful side-by-side photo that addresses the idea of embracing one's natural self.

Aubery has over 50,000 followers and routinely discusses social constructs through her account, @mybetter_self.

Rather than being judgmental, Aubery wants us all to "learn not to be so harsh on ourselves."

The left side of the image was intended to reflect what she believes others notice. This includes a "big smile, long legs, and strong butt." Yet, the right side points to aspects of her body she labels as "flaws."

"As much as I preach self love and truly made some progress accepting myself, there is something I really struggle with: pictures," Aubery wrote. "Whenever I see a picture of me, the first things which catches my eyes are my FLAWS. I always see what is wrong."
