According to fitness guru Alwyn Cosgrove, there are two key exercises which will have an incredible effect on your entire body, toning and tightening you up and helping you lose any unwanted extra weight.

The personal trainer made the revelations in a recent fat burning plan he put together for Men’s Health Magazine, explaining that the simple squat and a kettle bell swing are the two basic moves that you need.

With this method, you can burn more calories, tone up , and feel much fitter. 11. Horse Riding. During the exercise routine, you have to keep your entire body straight. A simple way to reduce the difficulty of this exercise is lowering your knees to the floor.

Begin by doing 15 reps of kettle bell swings (a dumbbell can also be used), immediately followed by 15 squats. Then, without taking a break, do 14 reps of each exercise, followed by 13, 12, 11 and so on until you reach one rep of each exercise.

By the end, you will have done 120 reps of each exercise, 240 in total, with no rest – an incredible feat.

This is sure to be an absolute killer, and you will most definitely feel the burn, but it’s definitely worth trying!
