2. 'I eat well at meal times'

"I’m quite a boring eater. I go through phases. I’ve got an obsession with granola and yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries so I’ll have that in the morning with a cup of tea. For lunch, I’ll have salad with tuna, and then for dinner I’ll have brown rice and quinoa and some sort of fish or meat, and some kale. I’m obsessed with kale."
