TV 'binge-watchers' admit to losing sleep .
Young people are watching a third less live TV than in 2010, favouring internet catch up and streaming services. OFCOM's annual Communications Market Report found that on average 16 to 24-year-olds watch one hour and 54 minutes of TV a day, compared to three hours and 32 minutes across all age ranges.That is four minutes less per day than last year - a smaller decline than in previous years, thanks mainly to over-65s watching more live TV than ever - five hours and 44 minutes.Instead, more than 76% of young people surveyed said they used a subscription service, compared to 19% of people aged over 65.
